iQuA-Tion
is an "out-of-the-box" data library system for logging,
reporting and collatiing all the documents associated with the design,
installation and commissioning of a telecommunications cabling infrastructure.
At its most basic, iQuA-Tion
enables installers to readily access all the information that is
relevant to a given installation. It is, in essence, a filing system
with a pre-defined management overhead showing what type of documents
can, and should, be involved.
At its most sophisticated, iQuA-Tion
enables installers to demonstrate their quality assurance pedigree,
their management of information and their conformance to the design
and installation standards.
Based on a Microsoft Access database, the package
contains all the relevant documentation within the iQuA-Stor
system but integrated within a managed documentation system.
